Ordering
Ordering is simple.  To order online, click on the "bag" button situated under each piece of jewelry.  This will add the item to your shopping bag.

At any time time, you can click the "view your shopping cart" button to revise or remove an item from your shopping cart.

When finished shopping, click the "secure check out" button on your order page.

 

Payment
We currently accept payments with Paypal (where you can use your CREDIT CARD), money orders, cashier checks.  
We do not accept personal checks.  We do not ship COD (cash on delivery).

Our preferred method of payment is Paypal! It is fast, easy and secure.  And it is a free service for you!
If you choose to use Paypal, our secure checkout process will guide you through the steps to enter your credit card information and complete your payment.  Please note that credit card details are collected by Paypal using a SSL secured server.  We do not receive your personal informations from Paypal.
 

Shipping
Shipping within United States with USPS priority mail will be a one time FLAT RATE of $4.99.

For international shipping, you shipping charge will be a one time flat rate of $9.50.  
If you are able to pick up your order at our business location, the shipping fee will be waived from your total.

International orders
We gladly accept international orders, but reserve the right to require payment via bank transfer or international money order.  

We can respond to your inquires in French and English.
International orders are shipped via USPS airmail letter post.
 

Return policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!
All orders are covered by a 30 day money back guarantee.
If you have any problems or concerns about your purchase, please contact us to give us a chance to take care of it.
If you choose to return your purchase, the item must be in original sale condition, unworn, and shipped in original (or comparable) packaging with original invoice.

The item must be postmarked within 30 days of shipping date. Please let us know that you have shipped it back.

Upon return, I will issue you a refund.
Shipping costs will not be refunded.
